Accelerated Four-Year (3+1) BS/MBA

In just four years you can complete both your BS and MBA and join the next generation of leaders in Silicon Valley, the energy industry or in international business.

Program Overview

Our dual-degree program leading to a bachelor of science and an MBA prepares you to meet the challenges of today’s global business world. The undergraduate component complements your career ambitions and prepares you for the in-depth, graduate-level work you’ll do in the fourth year, when you’ll build a strong foundation in areas such as organizational behavior and financial analysis.

Even though the program is accelerated, you’ll still receive the same quality education you would get in a traditional six-year track, plus we offer the flexibility to shape your experience in a way that reflects your goals and interests, whether they relate to the health care industry, engineering or the nonprofit sector. The curriculum is a blend of on-campus classes and online courses during the summer, with an emphasis on collaborative work that hones essential leadership, critical thinking and presentation skills.

We’ve created a unique support system for this program. You have the option of living with fellow program members your freshman year, and the dedicated program director is always available for guidance with course selections and experiential learning opportunities. There are both undergraduate and graduate opportunities to study overseas, with immersion trips through the School of Business, and seminar trips and courses in countries such as China, France, Germany and Peru.
