Athletics and Recreation

Get in on the action

When you're a member of #BobcatNation, there's no shortage of ways to get involved, get in shape and get excited about Quinnipiac athletics.

Want to work out in between classes or relieve some stress during exam season? Our fitness centers offer the right equipment and classes to keep your body and your mind operating at peak performance throughout the school year. If you want to be part of a team, we also offer 14 intramural sports opportunities, from field hockey and flag football to tennis and tailgate games. And our 21 Division I teams will give you something to cheer about, whether you’re in the seats at the TD Bank Sports Center, in the stands at the brand new Quinnipiac Soccer & Lacrosse Stadium, or streaming the action live from home.

Athletics Facilities

Spaces for you to stay active

Whether you want to work out, cheer on your Bobcats from the student section or get competitive on the field, we have a wide range of state-of-the-art facilities for your active lifestyle.

Pick up the speed on the elevated indoor track and get busy in the weight room in the Athletics and Recreation Center on the Mount Carmel Campus. Take a moment to reflect and relax in the yoga studios on the North Haven Campus, or head up to the Rocky Top Student Center on the York Hill Campus and take a class in the Spinning studio and fitness center.

Jump out of your seat and make some noise at the 185,000-square-foot TD Bank Sports Center on the York Hill Campus, which hosts both men’s and women’s basketball and hockey teams in 2 separate arenas joined by a common lobby area. And it’s easy to be a fan on the Mount Carmel Campus, which houses the Quinnipiac Soccer & Lacrosse Stadium, Field Hockey Stadium, Rugby Field, Outdoor Tennis Facility, Burt Kahn Court, and baseball and softball fields.
